Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Technical Program Manager for our Enterprise Workplace Technology Tools team, with experience in leading projects, driving delivery and administration of Workplace Technology Tools including but not limited to Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) Artifactory, OpsGenie, Smartsheet, etc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the overall roadmap, ensuring team SLAs are met, user requests and issues are resolved. Additionally, driving special projects, tool evaluations/pilot programs, contract management, streamlining, automation, documentation of support processes for each of our tools, contributing to the overall efficiency for our team and our users is a key requirement for this role.

Tools Team Roadmap And Project Delivery

• Lead and manage projects related to workplace technology tools, including tool evaluations, implementations, and upgrades
• Research and evaluate new workplace technology tools and make recommendations to management
• Create and maintain the team roadmap based on various categories such as stakeholder needs, tool evaluations, tech health, process improvements, automations, etc.
• Track progress of projects and provide status updates to management
• Lead program team meetings addressing day-to-day project work and/or stakeholder related items
• Manage stakeholder relationship and communications

Communication

• Written and verbal communication with team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project success, integrate tools into existing workflows and processes.
• Create, maintain and review documentation for tools site, configurations, processes, and best practices
• Develop and deliver training materials for stakeholders and end users

Tools Administration

• Ensure timely technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the tools
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the tools
• Implement and enforce security measures within ADLM tools
• Ensure license compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification
• Experience with Agile methodologies and processes
• Experience leading, managing and delivering technical/IT projects, risk management
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience reporting project status, risks, mitigation to leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis, producing reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving Atlassian tools migration from data center to Cloud
• Experience in workplace technology tools administration, specifically Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence/JSM/etc.), OpsGenie, Smartsheet, Miro, etc.
• Experience with vendor management, contracts and financials
