Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Manager to lead our enterprise and B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cybersecurity sales, solution consulting, and client relationship management with a strong network across industries. This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships.

Position Overview:

We are seeking talented Backend Engineers at various levels (SDE I, II, III) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in Java and Python, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

SDE II:

○ All responsibilities of SDE I, plus: 

○ Design and implement RESTful APIs and services to enable integration with frontend applications and external systems. 

○ Optimize application performance and database queries for efficiency and scalability. 

○ Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Java and Python technologies and adopt best practices in the development process. 

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components. 

○ Participate in the estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks. 

○ Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team.

SDE III:

○ All responsibilities of SDE II, plus: 

○ Lead the design and architecture of complex backend systems and applications. 

○ Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. ○ Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. 

○ Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project requirements. 

○ Identify and implement improvements in system architecture and 

development processes.

Qualifications:

○
SDE II:

2.5-5 years of experience in backend development. 

○
SDE III:

5+ years of experience in backend development. 

Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in Java, Python programming languages. 

○ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. 

○ Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java) 

○ Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. 

○ Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). 

○ Experience with Kafka and Redis. 

○ Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. 

○ Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS,Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus. 

○ AWS cloud formation. 

○ Application Security experience is a plus 

○ Cloud Security experience is a plus 

○ GRC platform experience is a plus 

Soft Skills:

○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

○ Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

○ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

○ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
