Your role:

We, at Khatabook, are looking to hire a Web SDE-I/II. Would you like to be part of a fun, fast-paced team working in a strong data-driven culture? If you like a role with plenty to learn and real ownership, then come join us at Khatabook.

What would you do at Khatabook ?

  • Be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to completion
  • Own the development and delivery of multiple features of the product end to end
  • Build efficient, reusable, well-designed and high-quality front-end systems
  • Collaborate with product managers, senior developers, and designers for work planning, sharing new ideas, code demonstrations and troubleshooting
  • Follow and advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure), and code modularity, extensibility, and quality

What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: , JavaScript, , , HTML, CSS, and a passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
  • Prior experience in TypeScript preferred
  • Knowledge of software practices like clean code, domain-driven design, encapsulation, etc.
  • Preferred: experience shipping user-facing web products to production and iterating based on user or analytics feedback
