International US Mortgage Non-Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International US Mortgage Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle mortgage loan processing activities for US-based clients, primarily focusing on non-voice tasks such as document review, data verification, underwriting support, and compliance checks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle US mortgage loan processing activities with minimal or no voice interactions.
  • Review and verify mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams via email and chat to facilitate smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Ensure timely completion of loan processing tasks while adhering to quality standards.
  • Support process improvements and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage processing (non-voice process).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
