Reporting to: Manager / Team Lead Role

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Associate to join our US Mortgage Outsourcing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to start a career in the US mortgage services domain. You will be trained on US mortgage processes and will work on tasks supporting Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, or Servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Execution


• Perform day-to-day mortgage operations tasks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Review mortgage documents and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.


• Assist in loan processing, underwriting support, post-closing, or servicing activities based on team and process allocation


• Enter and update information in loan origination systems (LOS) or other relevant platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills


• Attend training sessions and upskilling programs to gain proficiency in US mortgage processes.


• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Arts, Business Administration.


• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in BPO, KPO, banking, or mortgage services are welcome.


• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Ability to learn mortgage software and loan management systems quickly.


• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).


• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills.


• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in US shift hours.
