
Digital Marketing Sales Specialist

Touchstone Infotech is a fast-growing digital marketing & IT solutions agency helping businesses scale with services like SEO, Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), Google Business Profile optimization, Marketplace Onboarding, and Marketing Automation (Zoho, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp API).
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and grow our digital services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients for SEO, Paid Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, and Marketing Automation
- Handle inbound leads (provided) and generate outbound leads via calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Understand client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and present solutions effectively
- Coordinate with marketing & delivery teams for smooth onboarding and handover
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong client relationships; upsell/cross-sell relevant services
- Log all sales activities and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM (or similar)
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience in digital marketing, IT solutions, or SaaS (agency experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, GBP and digital marketing fundamentals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
