Voice Sales Agent – Banking Process

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound voice calls using provided lead lists (interested customers)

Explain and sell banking products/services such as credit cards, loans, insurance, EMI conversions, business loans, vehicle loans

Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information

Close sales, meet targeted quotas, and achieve monthly/quarterly goals

Maintain CRM documentation and follow up with customers

Required Skills / Attributes
Strong English communication-clear, persuasive, and confident

Sound telephone etiquette, active listening, and objection handling

Sales orientation with persuasive skills and focus on meeting targets

Additional Perks
Transportation: Pick-up and drop facilities provided (commute support from Thane station)
