**Process**: Voice (Inbound + Outbound)

**Communication skills**:Decent Communication skills - Fluency, Grammar & Neutral Accent (B28)

**Computer knowledge**: Basic

**Location boundaries**:
Central line - Sion to Kalyan
Harbour line - Airoli to Panvel
No Harbour line

**Shift timings**:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Weekly Off**:Sunday fixed off

**Work description**:Inbound Customer Service, Outbound calling Corporates, Education Institutes, Event Management Companies, etc

**USP**: Sakes and Customer services
