REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a proven background in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industries.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Deep, practical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, with a strong track record of project delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, engaging with CTOs/CIOs to present architectures and drive initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • A background in enterprise-grade application development using Java OR .Net is preferred.
  • A proven Architectural background in designing and delivering complex, scalable software platforms is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI/ML projects, focusing on Generative AI for healthcare, genomics, and personalized medicine.
  • Design and propose end-to-end solution architectures for RFPs, presenting options to C-level executives with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Drive technical discussions with clients and internal teams to identify and validate AI/ML use cases.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and implement complex AI/ML models, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Establish and oversee robust MLOps frameworks and data pipelines for model lifecycle management in regulated environments.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
  • Ensuring projects / accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards and best practices
  • Owning the long term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project / account
  • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarros offerings
  • Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing
  • Harnessing your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients.
  • Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases
  • Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account
  • Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance

  • Defining the vision for the practice/CoE, creating plan/budget for the practice
  • Interacting with multiple projects/accounts to create innovative use cases, assessing RoI, creating rapid prototypes and interfacing with client stakeholders to implement solutions
