Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to work on end-to-end implementations and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide support for ongoing administration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployments.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Experience wit(REST/SOAP), JSON, XML.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Good to Have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
