Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Salesforce platform development, integration, and administration to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Customize Salesforce platform features to align with business requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration including workflows, process automation, and data management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DX, Gearset).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools
