Job Overview
We are looking for freshers and experienced professionals who are eager to build their careers in the travel and ticketing industry. As a Sr. Associate /Associate you will be responsible for handling international ticket bookings, customer queries, and travel support using industry-standard GDS tools. Candidates who are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, and are ready to work in a night shift are encouraged to apply.
Note: Immediate joiners with no notice period will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, re-bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to travel-related queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Use GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for ticketing and reservations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling calls, chats, or emails.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
Requirements
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Available for immediate joining.
- All relevant documents must be provided for verification.
