  • talking to the prospective candidates on the telephone and mobile,
  • screening and filtering suitable applicants, documentation, application verification, check their documents and certificates
  • assisting in arranging interviews, co-ordinate with Seniors and colleagues to ensure smooth functioning
  • internal database updation
  • Facilitate client-candidate interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as placements, client satisfaction
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist team in day to day operations, calling selected candidates for medical, arranging their documentation etc.
