Customer Insights Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Customer Insight Specialist who can understand customers deeply, maintain strong relationships, and act as a bridge between users and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify customer issues, gather feedback, and share insights with stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers and high-value users to build strong, positive relationships.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and concerns through regular conversations.
• Collect feedback and identify recurring problems or improvement areas.
• Communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders.
• Highlight gaps and suggest actionable improvements based on customer feedback.
• Support customers by addressing issues or coordinating to get timely resolutions.
• Ensure a smooth overall customer experience through proactive engagement
What We're Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Good understanding of customer behaviour and ability to read between the lines.
• Problem-solving approach with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Relationship Management, Customer Success, CRM, Consumer Insights, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with high-value or premium users is a plus
