We are hiring a
Senior Civil Structural Engineer
for our partner company
Antilla Estate Private Limited
, a leading real estate developer known for premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in
structural design, analysis, and site coordination
, with a proven ability to deliver technically sound, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. This is a full-time position based in
Lower Parel, Mumbai
, with
occasional site visits
as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the
    design and analysis
    of RCC, steel, and composite structures for residential and commercial projects.
  • Review and validate design calculations, structural drawings, and specifications as per applicable codes (IS, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).
  • Collaborate with
    architects, MEP, and construction teams
    to ensure design coordination and buildability.
  • Conduct
    site visits
    to monitor construction progress and resolve design or structural issues.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and draftsmen.
  • Ensure design quality, safety, and compliance with client and statutory requirements.
  • Contribute to innovation in design, BIM integration, and sustainability practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
    (M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
  • 10+ years
    of relevant experience in structural design and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).
  • Proficient in
    ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit
    , and related software.
  • Solid understanding of construction materials, detailing, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required.

  • Experience in
    high-rise residential or commercial structures

  • Exposure to
    seismic design, retrofitting, and value engineering
    .
  • Experience working with
    premium real estate developers or consultants
    .
