We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage the Projects (Design, planning, and execution). As a key member of our team, you will oversee all phases of project delivery — from conceptual design through construction and completion — ensuring that work meets technical specifications, safety standards and is delivered on time and within budget
.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    To oversee civil engineering aspects of architectural projects, ensuring smooth progress from concept to completion.
  • Site Management:
    Oversee site supervision by monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Material Research:
    Assist in researching and recommending appropriate construction materials based on cost, durability, and aesthetics.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering elements in the project.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Help implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Identifying and resolving technical challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation:
    Help maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Reporting:
    Assist in preparing progress reports, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Civil Engineering (or a related field)
  • 8+ years of experience
    in civil engineering, preferably in the architectural field
  • Familiarity with
    structural engineering principles
    and Engineering design software
  • Strong communication and
    interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both
    independently
    and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn
    and grow professionally
  • Familiarity with local
    building codes
    and regulations is a plus
