Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Qualifications: BE/ME Civil & Structural Engineering

Experience: 11 to 15 years

Salary: As per Market Standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Shall have Experience in Industrial Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Should be able supervise and guide Senior Engineers.
• Shall have worked on Design of Steel & RCC Structures as per ACI, BSEN, AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes. Also, shall have extensive experience in Steel Connections Design as per AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes
• Well versed with STAAD, STAAD FOUNDATION, RCDC, RAM Connection, Mat Foundation, Idea Statica, Nevis work, AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite.
• Preparation & Review of PEB Design models and review of Drawings.
• Shall have extensive experience Analysis and design of Process plant, Pipe racks, cooling Towers, Crusher & Screen House, WTP with ETP, STG Building, Boiler Building, utility structures, Galleries Transfer Tower and 2-PoleTresle and 4-Pole trestles, RCC tanks and Tank Foundations, Ducting & Duct Supports, Raft, Pile & Pile cap Design etc.
• Shall have worked on Dynamic Analysis for Pumps and Fans.
• Preparation of cost effective and constructible design solutions.
• Supporting Proposal Team for successful bidding.
• Bid Analysis and preparation of purchase recommendation.
• Preparation of working drawings and review of fabrication drawings.
• Interdepartmental coordination for design data.
• Coordination with site activities and maintaining delivery schedule.
• Manage the work for w.r.t schedule and available resources.

Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Qualifications: BE/ME Civil & Structural Engineering

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Salary: As per Market Standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Shall have Experience in Industrial Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Should be able supervise and guide Junior engineer and Trainees.
• Shall have worked on Design of Steel & RCC Structures as per ACI, BSEN, AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes
• Shall have extensive experience in Steel Connections Design as per AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes
• Well versed with STAAD, STAAD FOUNDATION, RCDC, RAM Connection, Mat Foundation, Idea Statica, Nevis work, AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite.

Job Title: Junior Structural Engineer/Trainee

Qualifications: BE/ME Civil & Structural Engineering

Experience: 0 to 4 years

Salary: As per Market Standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Shall have Experience in Industrial Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Shall have worked on Design of Steel & RCC Structures as per ACI, BSEN, AISC ASD/LRFD & Indian Codes. Experience in Connection Design is added advantage.
• Well versed with STAAD, STAAD FOUNDATION, RCDC, RAM Connection, AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite.
• Shall work under guidance of Senior engineers and follow the instructions.
• Working out Quantities of RCC & Structural Steel.

Job Title: Structural Draftsman

Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Civil / Structural Drafting or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 0 to 10 years

Job Summary

The Structural Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings and layouts for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects based on engineering specifications and design calculations. The role involves working closely with structural engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.
• Convert conceptual designs and engineering sketches into accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate design changes and ensure drawings reflect the latest revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company drafting procedures.
• Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, and civil teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Support site teams by providing clarifications and as-built drawings when necessary.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural detailing, including reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation drawings.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
