Job Summary:

We are not looking for experts in a specific language; we are looking for engineers who can
think
. As a Software Engineer at NoteG, you will work on challenging problems, contribute to our flagship product Sampark, and work on global client projects.

What matters to us is your ability to solve problems, not just the syntax you know.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Work on real-world applications involving WebRTC and other modern web technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as per project requirements.

Who Should Apply ?

  • Strong Fundamentals:
    You must have a solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving techniques.
  • Educational Background:
    B.E./B.Tech or MCA in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).
  • Academic Criteria:
    No percentage cutoff. We value your skills over your marks.
  • Technical Curiosity:
    While specific tech stack knowledge is not mandatory, basic knowledge of any Frontend or Backend technology is a plus.

Compensation and Progression:

  • Annual Package:
    3 LPA
    (Cost to Company).
  • Structure:
    The employment begins with an initial
    3-month probation period
    on a fixed monthly stipend. Upon successful completion and confirmation, you will be moved to the full-time salary structure.

Terms of Employment:

  • Service Agreement:
    There will be a service agreement to ensure project continuity and learning stability.
  • Security Deposit:
    NONE.
    We do not ask for any security deposit or submission of original documents.

Selection Process:

  1. Round 1:
    Written Test (Aptitude & Programming Logic).
  2. Round 2:
    Face-to-Face Technical Interview.
  3. Round 3:
    Final Face-to-Face Discussion (if required).
