Job Description

We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for immediate deployment at Noida. The ideal candidates should have strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and an interest in CAD tools and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide MCAD (Mechanical CAD) support to internal teams and customers.
  • Conduct CAD training sessions for customers, including basics, advanced features, and application-based learning.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot customer queries related to CAD tools and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for product updates and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers eligible).
  • Basic knowledge of MCAD / Mechanical CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Customer-oriented approach with good presentation skills.
