Engineering Team Lead

The RoleWe're looking for an Engineering Lead with 8+ years of experience to own and scale our healthcare platform across India, the Middle East, Latin America, and the US. You'll architect scalable systems, lead a distributed engineering team, and stay hands-on with critical technical decisions and code.This is not a framework-focused role—you must be strong in Python fundamentals, able to design APIs, build healthcare interoperability systems, architect AI pipelines, and solve complex problems beyond Django/FastAPI/Flask. You'll also need hands-on Angular expertise to guide frontend architecture and unblock your team.
