We're Hiring: Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer

Location: Kochi

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development along with exceptional leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented engineers.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership


• Lead and mentor a team of developers.


• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

Development


• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions.


• Work with Angular (various versions), Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, MVC.


• Build microservices and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, RDBMS).


• Hands-on with IDEs (IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.) and testing tools (JUnit/Spock/Groovy).

Project Management & Delivery


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.


• Manage sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Quality & Continuous Improvement


• Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.


• Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


• 9+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.


• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).


• Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment.
