Autodesk is expanding our Enterprise Identity Services team, and we're looking for a passionate
Operations Engineer
to support, maintain, and enhance our identity and access management ecosystem.

About the Role

As an Operations Engineer, you will work with our global Identity team to support IAM systems, drive operational excellence, troubleshoot critical issues, and collaborate with engineering, security, and IT teams.

This role is ideal for someone eager to build deep expertise in
SSO, IAM, authentication protocols
, and
cloud technologies
.


What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations of enterprise identity & SSO systems
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM/SSO issues
  • Assist in SSO configurations, integrations, and migrations
  • Work closely with engineering and security teams
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and operational playbooks
  • Contribute to audits, health checks, and process improvements
  • Learn from industry experts and grow your Identity skillset


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IAM / SSO / Identity systems
  • Understanding of
    OAuth, SAML, OIDC
  • Experience with SSO platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.)
  • Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
  • Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills
  • Ability to join immediately or within
    15 days

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to DevOps tools
  • Security certifications (CISSP, SSCP, etc.)
