We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager - PL - Prime - T2 with Bajaj Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial services/stockbroking/securities industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Meeting and exceeding business goals and targets in various products, including loans and insurance.
  • Managing lead fulfillment and field activities on existing databases.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking/financial services/stockbroking/securities industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal s, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving s, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
