Location: Bhubhneshwar, Odisha(Accomodation/HRA Provided)

Salary: Competitive– 10–15% hike on current salary (negotiable)

About the Role

Weare looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Senior

Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head– IPYP. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in international curricula and proven expertise in managing and leading academic

programmes for the Primary Years.

Key Responsibilities











Plan, organize, and implement the IPYP curriculum in alignment with school standards

and international benchmarks.

Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.

Supervise academic operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Primary Years

Programme.

Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of the curriculum.

Lead initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and teacher performance.

Qualifications & Skills











Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary Years Programmes (PYP, CIPP, or

other international curricula).

Prior administrative or leadership experience will be preferred.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to inspire, guide, and support teachers and staff
