Forklift Operator – Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently while maintaining workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Willing to work for 12hrs shift with two rotational working hours.
  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within warehouses, factories, or storage facilities.
  • Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
  • Stack and organize products safely to optimize storage space.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by recording material movements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator.
  • Valid forklift operator certification/license.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse, factory, or logistics setting.
  • May involve working in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Requires physical stamina and adherence to safety practices.
