**Job Title**: FLT (Forklift Truck) Operator - Railway Contract

**Location**: ICF Villivakkam, Chennai

**Shift Timing**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator to join our team for a railway contract at ICF Villivakkam. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in unloading and shifting materials related to the railway project, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Unloading**: Safely operate the forklift to unload materials from trucks, railcars, and other vehicles as required.
- **Shifting and Material Handling**: Transport and shift materials around the worksite, ensuring they are placed in designated areas for further use.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing and maintaining an accurate record of stock levels by ensuring all materials are properly accounted for.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine checks on the forklift equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any faults or required repairs promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift, including the correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operation and material flow.

**Requirements**:

- Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) License.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably within a railway or construction environment.
- Familiarity with loading/unloading heavy materials and equipment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on project demands.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Overtime pay as applicable.
