Solid understanding of CRM security models, entity relationships, and business process flows.
Must have worked on CE modules : Sales, Customer service, Field Service
Co-Pilot , Co-Pilot Studio & Co-Pilot agents
Should have knowledge on AI Builders
Pre-sales experience
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
Ability to own and lead a team providing mentorship and required technical / functional direction during an engagement  

Good to Have

Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support
Should have knowledge on : Marketing, Contact Center, Project Operations
Take ownership of end to end engagement and deliverables
