We are looking for a Support Analyst with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the support queue across multiple projects.
  • Take complete ownership of tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document their requirements.
  • Provide clear task prioritization to developers when managing multiple projects or client priorities.
  • Handle project deadlines with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
  • Generate and share regular reports and updates with senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing proactive support.
  • Conduct requirement studies and prepare detailed documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client support and delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Tally, and other ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational, ownership, and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP will be an added advantage.
  • MBA qualification will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
