Walkout Tech is building the next generation of AI-powered SaaS solutions across multiple industries—

We are looking for a AI Expert / AI Architect who can lead AI integration across our 10+ SaaS products and drive innovation from strategy to execution.

Role Overview
We want someone who can design, build, and scale AI-first features, develop automation workflows, and integrate LLMs into multi-tenant SaaS products.

You will work directly with the founder and product team to turn ideas into real, revenue-generating AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and integrate AI/ML features into existing and new SaaS products.

Develop RAG-based systems, vector databases, and AI-driven dashboards.

Create automations and agents for customer support, CRM, HRM, and operations.

Architect multi-tenant AI pipelines (secure per-tenant data isolation).

Fine-tune open-source models (Llama, Mistral) when needed.

Design AI workflows for chatbots, form automation, predictions, insights.

Work with engineering teams to deploy scalable LLM services (API/microservices).

Optimize performance, cost, and accuracy across AI features.

Research and introduce new AI capabilities into our product ecosystem.

Required Skills
Technical

Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG

Strong in Python (FastAPI/Django) & AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex

Experience building AI-enabled SaaS products

Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture

Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Familiar with Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma

Good understanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, token optimization

Must Have
Experience with

Knowledge of data engineering pipelines

Experience building AI agents

Worked on subscription/usage-based SaaS models

Ability to lead AI roadmap for multiple products

Clean coding and architectural discipline

Can work fast, experiment fast, deliver fast

Experience
3–10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or SaaS Engineering

Must have built at least one AI-enabled product or strong AI portfolio
