Role & responsibilities

Business

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the housekeeping activities, security, and reception.
  • Liaison with RTO, Civil Police for parking requirements
  • Ensure all statutory compliances wrt housekeeping & administration department are met.
  • Ensure all the equipments have got AMC's.
  • Ensure building Licenses are proper
  • Follow all maintenance procedures and increase efficiency of the equipment
  • Find out ways and means of reducing the electricity unit consumption
  • Optimise water consumption.
  • Vendor Development

Process

  • Monitor the work of the housekeeping staff by ensuring that the prepared monthly, weekly & hourly checklists for Housekeeping are adhered to.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the store, basement, car park, glass tops of fixtures, etc.
  • Purchase non-trading items, maintain fixed assets & organize for sale of scrap & fixed assets as & when need arises
  • Maintaining logbook of all fixtures

Customer

  • Ensure the requirements are made available on time
  • Ensure quality of product supplied is up to the mark
  • Handle all customer queries and requests promptly

People

  • Conduct training for the team
  • Conduct activities towards team building
  • Conduct daily briefings for the team
  • Planning shifts & breaks in such a manner so as to ensure adequate manpower on the floor
