Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative activities, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including office operations, facilities management, and maintenance.
Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendors.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in an Admin role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
