Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Product Support – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 

Responsibilities
·    Support Implementation\: Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI products, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
·    Pre-sales Support\: Work closely with pre-sales teams to communicate product capabilities effectively, helping tailor solutions to meet client needs.
·    Demo Preparation\: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our AI solutions to potential clients.
·    Client Engagement\: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on product usage and optimization.
·    Documentation\: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, updates, and best practices to support both internal teams and clients.
·    Feedback Loop\: Gather feedback from clients and pre-sales teams to inform product development and enhancements.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
·    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
·    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles within the tech industry.

•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

•    Certifications in AI technologies or product management are a plus.

•    Proven track record of successful client engagements and product demonstrations.
