Role Description

We are seeking a
Product Manager – Agentic AI for Marketing & Growth
to join our core team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will drive the development of
multi-agent workflow systems
designed for
modern marketing and growth teams
.

You will work closely with
founders,
engineering, design, and marketing teams
to deliver innovative agentic solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise martech stacks. Beyond building, you will also monitor product performance, gather user feedback, refine features, and ensure every launch drives measurable impact and aligns with our business vision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful multi agentic workflow systems for enterprise marketing & growth teams
  • Define and own the
    product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    for Agentic AI solutions in marketing & growth.
  • Build and optimize
    multi-agent workflow systems
    tailored to enterprise marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct
    market research and competitive analysis
    to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Track and analyze
    product adoption, engagement, and performance metrics
    .
  • Drive product launches, ensuring strong
    user experience, compliance, and scalability
    .
  • Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and continuously refine solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of product management experience
    in
    enterprise AI or martech products
    .
  • Proven track record of
    building products for modern martech stacks
    .
  • Deep understanding & interest for emerging generative AI & Agentic AI models & technologies
  • Strong
    analytical and strategic thinking
    with expertise in market research and trends.
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration
    skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency in
    Gen AI, ML, RL
    , and familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Experience leading
    product launches and managing end-to-end product lifecycles
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Computer Science
    , or related field.
  • Experience in the
    AI industry
    and understanding of
    ethical AI development
    is preferred.
