You will help transform a young start -up with a dynamic vision and enthusiasm for bridging gaps with technology by building user -impacting products and deeply meaningful experiences and digital interactions. This calls for a completely novel approach to solving conventional problems at scale and building products and solutions for nascent spaces. We are looking for experienced Technical Writers to record, maintain and communicate our internal information with the right stakeholders. Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Engineering team, Product Managers, Project Managers and other departments to capture and maintain the Knowledge Base for all departmentsFacilitate capturing and recording of new and existing information generated through various decision points such as scrum ceremonies, group discussions, town hall meetings etc.Create and maintain periodic documents such as a user manual, release notes documents, guided tours, engineering blogs and other organizational documentsCreate and maintain custom templates for recording important information for internal and external stakeholdersMonitor metrics and do enhancements for improved collaboration, engagement and productivity for both internal and external stakeholdersCreate strategy and flows for new and existing information available on internal tools. RequirementsRequirementMinimum 2 years of experience is requiredStrong written and verbal communication and experience working with content in multiple mediumsExperience working with cross functional teamsStrong experience in owning an end -to -end documentation creation processAttention to detail and ability to prioritize workExperience in Knowledge Base management tools such as Confluence, Notion or similar toolsApplications must be submitted with a portfolio of written documentation eg: Articles, Blog Posts, etc
