About the Position:
We are seeking highly motivated
Final Year Law Students
to join our General Litigation team as Trainee Associates. This is not a standard internship; it is a
3-month assessment period
designed to identify future talent for our firm.

You will be treated as a junior member of the team, gaining exposure to the practical realities of litigation. This program serves as a bridge between academic theory and professional practice.

The Opportunity (PPO):
This traineeship acts as a probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional legal acumen, diligence, and cultural fit during the 3-month tenure will be
evaluated for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
to join the firm as a full-time Associate upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Drafting:
    Assist in drafting plaints, petitions, replies, written submissions, and applications under the guidance of senior associates.
  • Research:
    Conduct in-depth research on procedural and substantive laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, Consumer Protection Act, etc.).
  • Case Management:
    Assist in organizing case files and managing daily court diaries.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education:
    Currently in the
    Final Year
    of a recognized LL.B. program.
  • Availability:
    Must be available for a continuous period of at least
    3 months
    (in-office).
  • Skill Set:
    Strong command of English, excellent research capabilities, and a fundamental understanding of civil and commercial laws.
  • Attitude:
    Proactive, organized, and eager to secure a long-term position in litigation.
