, is seeking a dedicated
Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate
to join our team on-site.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience
    : Minimum
    3–4 years PQE
    in
    core litigation & arbitration
    , with proven
    court appearances
    .
  • Practice Areas
    : Expertise in
    civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, and labour laws
    .
  • Skills
    :
  • Excellent drafting, pleading, and submission skills
    .
  • Strong courtroom presence, argument delivery, and strategic case planning
    .
  • Independent case handling
    – from research, drafting, filing to end-to-end client representation
    without supervision
    .
  • Work Mode
    :
    Strictly onsite
    (no hybrid, WFH, freelance, or retainership).
  • Location & Schedule
    : Office:
    Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi
    Timings:
    Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Communication
    :
    Flawless written & verbal skills
    , professional etiquette, and
    swift responsiveness
    .
  • Preferred Location
    : Candidates residing in
    South West or West Delhi
    (for commute ease).

Compensation:

  • ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Higher remuneration negotiable for exceptional candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage client disputes from strategy to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings/applications, and argue cases in court.
  • Deliver
    positive outcomes
    through proactive planning and client-focused representation.
