Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Law with 8–10 years of experience in litigation covering civil, criminal, consumer, and indirect taxation laws across District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and the Supreme Court.

Well-versed in Consumer Laws with hands-on experience in defending litigations before District Forums, State Commissions, and the National Commission.

Strong understanding of general compliance management applicable to corporate entities.

Knowledge of Labour Laws, the Motor Vehicles Act, and Environmental Laws will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.

Proficient in maintaining legal records and updating case statuses.

Job Designation / Field of Work

Provide legal support to the company's business operations across all locations.

Manage litigations and represent the company in courts and before statutory authorities as its authorized representative.

Analyze and identify potential legal risks and their implications for the organization.

Draft and review pleadings, company contracts, terms of service, lease agreements, and service agreements.

Negotiate and draft company settlements with the objective of minimizing litigation costs and mitigating potential liabilities.

Draft, vet, negotiate, and interpret various commercial contracts, and advise on dispute resolution matters.

Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.

Work diligently to safeguard the company's integrity and ensure that it operates within a lawful and ethical framework.
