Designation-Senior Manager /AVP Compliance -PSU

Experience- 7+ years of work experience in compliance management in RBI/Regulatory compliance

NOTE: Looking for candidate from Public Sector Bank, candidate should have 3 to 4 years of work experience in PSU Bank in compliance role

Location- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Compliance function for branch in coordination with Head Office.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and monitoring systems for compliance activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs: Create frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization meets legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive reporting, dashboards, and MIS insights for senior management and compliance committees.
  • Review policies, procedures, and new products from a regulatory compliance perspective (Indian & global).
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks, conduct risk assessments, and establish controls to mitigate them.
  • Build and sustain a strong compliance culture across the organization.
  • Support broader compliance initiatives and act as a back-up for other compliance areas as needed.
