Key Responsibilities:

  • Own category P&L and drive business growth.
  • Build and manage supplier and brand relationships.
  • Plan assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing.
  • Lead a small team of category executives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 5–8 years of experience in Edible Oil.
  • Strong understanding of edible oils market.
  • Proven ability in P&L management and vendor handling.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
