We're Hiring – Student Counsellor | Location: Pune | Organization: Young Learners Aviation Academy

Who we are:

Young Learners Aviation Academy trains aspiring pilots to achieve their dream of becoming Commercial Pilots. We guide students for DGCA exams and pilot training in India & abroad.

What you'll do:

  • Make calls to students interested in a pilot career and guide them to the right flying school.
  • Arrange seminars and awareness sessions in colleges to promote aviation careers.
  • Manage student data and follow up on leads from our social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate DGCA ground class batches and admissions.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in English with a pleasing personality.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable with calls and database management.
  • Experience in counselling, aviation, or education is a plus; freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
