Responsibilities

  • Formulate Work Breakdown Structure for the project in line with overall Project Control framework
  • Prepare base project plan and collect all inputs for finalization of integrated project plan (time per activity, interlinkage, sequencing) by areas from respective managers on Project Team
  • Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a regular basis. Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources.
  • Aggregate progress reports on a weekly & monthly basis, develop progress 'S' curves and prepare project MIS reports in defined template on the basis of inputs from various functions.
  • Update changes made to the base schedule in a separate version
  • Hands-on Experience on Primavera
  • Strong analytical skills

Skills

  • Minimum of years of experience in construction planning
  • Exposure to Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling functions for construction
  • Hands-on Experience on Primavera
  • Understanding of excel and excel related programming
  • Strong analytical skills
