Job Title: Junior Engineer - Planning

Job Summary: We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our site-based planning team. The role involves tracking project schedules, coordinating across departments, and supporting timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project / Bar Charts .
  • Monitor site progress and provide fortnightly planning & resource reports .
  • Coordinate with HO teams Contracts, Design, Development, Estimation, and Planning.
  • Track manpower deployment, material usage, and work completion weekly.
  • Submit daily progress reports and assist in project budget monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation for variation works and support engineering team coordination.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) .
  • Liaise for project coordination, commissioning, and deliverables tracking.
  • Identify construction delays and propose corrective action plans.
  • Analyze site productivity and assist in cost control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate project planning (high-rise preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Project , AutoCAD , and MS Excel
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multi-site schedules
