HR & Admin Executive

- HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and handle HR-related documentation.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with interviews, manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Payroll and benefits: Support payroll processing and benefits administration, and assist with coordinating performance reviews.
- Policy and compliance: Help implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist in creating company policies and guidelines.
- Administrative support: Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinate office maintenance, and provide general administrative support across different departments.
- Employee relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries and provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Reporting and communication: Prepare HR-related reports and documents, and assist with internal communications.
- Event coordination: Help plan and execute company events and meetings.
Required skills and qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 1 to 3 years experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must know MSOffice.
- Attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
