You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java/J2EE.
  • Develop and implement Microservices using Spring Boot and related technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications and ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 9 years of experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot framework.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
