Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager International Business to join our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing international business operations, focusing on tender handling, B2B sales, and distributor network expansion. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's international landscape.

Key Responsibilities:International Business Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand the company's international presence. Identify new markets, assess market potential, and formulate market entry strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Tender Handling:Manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality tender documents, including pricing, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance. B2B Sales:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients, including pharmaceutical wholesalers, distributors, and governmental agencies.

Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement, negotiation, and contract renewals. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market reach. Distributor Management:Identify and evaluate potential distributors, both regionally and globally, to establish strategic partnerships.

Develop and implement distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide training, support, and guidance to distributors to optimize their performance and market penetration.Market Expansion:Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and segments, leveraging insights from market research and competitive analysis. Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional activities, and product launches tailored to international markets.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:Ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical practices in all business activities. Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for product registration and import/export processes
