  • Maintain service records and log all maintenance tasks.
  • 3. Troubleshooting & RepairsDiagnose issues related to mechanical failures, wiring faults, or software malfunctions.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns or service calls.
  • Use diagnostic tools to test control systems, safety switches, and circuits.
  • Repair or replace defective components efficiently and safely.
  • 4. Testing & Safety ChecksPerform safety checks to comply with legal and manufacturer standards.
  • Test emergency systems such as brakes, alarms, and communication systems.
  • Ensure lifts meet local and national safety codes (e.g., EN, ASME, or OSHA regulations).
  • 5. Modernization & UpgradesUpgrade outdated systems with new technology, including controllers and interfaces.
  • Improve energy efficiency and performance through modern components.
  • Retrofit existing lifts with safety and performance enhancements.
