Experience duration: 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in Manufacturing/Service field (*in precious metal manufacturing would be a plus)

Functional / Technical Skills:

a) Providing training to staff/ team members on Kaizen, 5S, CAPA, QC Story.

b) Conduct weekly kaizen meeting to monitor progress in Kaizen.

c) Maintain Kaizen MIS for the Organization.

d) Drive Innovation and continuous improvement culture across Organization.

e) Problem solving and critical thinking mindset.

f) Conduct 5S audit identify improvement and compliance status.

g) Maintain 5'S data and publish Bi-weekly/Monthly 5'S' report.

h) Facilitation to all team members for continuous improvement.

i) Project management for critical projects and ensure timely completion.

j) Publish QC Story Monthly MIS and yearly project completion status.

Brief Description:

  • Process management: Conduct gap-analysis, define and implement processes across the value chain with clarity and continuity across each operation/function, focused on cost-reduction, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes across the enterprise (TPM / TQM / 5S / Kaizen / QC).
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives, trimming down unwanted activities and improving overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Use of Daily Work Management System (DWMS) to manage departments, functions, and processes, wherein processes are defined, standardized, controlled, and improved by the process owners.
