Telecallers for our recruitment services team.

Job Profile:

You'll validate candidate applications against job vacancies, connect with applicants, and support recruiters in smooth hiring processes An excellent opportunity for:

  • Experienced professionals with customer connect / telecalling background, OR
  • Freshers eager to start a career in recruitment services (with grortth path to Recruitment Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to candidates who applied for job vacancies.
  • Validate candidate details (education, experience, skills, salary, location).
  • Share job details, assess fit, and line up interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates and recruiters for timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate records in CRM/recruitment database.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 15 years experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or related roles.
  • Freshers with good communication skills also welcome.
  • Good spoken English, Hindi, and/or regional language skills.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with phone-based interactions.
