Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a designated geographical area, ensuring sales targets are met and customer service standards are maintained. Their day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the branch managers, monitoring sales performance, conducting training sessions for insurance consultants, and developing strategies to enhance market penetration. The role also involves managing the recruitment and development of the sales team, as well as maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
