Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager with strong expertise in Channel Sales. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Architectural Hardware, Plywood, or Adhesives industry with proven leadership skills and a strong hold on dealer and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive business growth and market penetration in Punjab & Upper North region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Ensure proper market coverage, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor competitors activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 712 years in Channel Sales, preferably in Architectural Hardware, Plywood, or Adhesive industry.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead sales teams.
  • Network: Strong connections with dealers & distributors in the region.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
