Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager with strong expertise in Channel Sales. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Architectural Hardware, Plywood, or Adhesives industry with proven leadership skills and a strong hold on dealer and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive business growth and market penetration in Punjab & Upper North region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Ensure proper market coverage, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor competitors activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 712 years in Channel Sales, preferably in Architectural Hardware, Plywood, or Adhesive industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead sales teams.
- Network: Strong connections with dealers & distributors in the region.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
